Its called a Nette Pot and you can get them in Greenlife? Harris Teeter? health food stores basically.
PS I love mine and it has helped me so much with sinus infections and sinus headaches!
It (Netti pot) is great, just make sure the water is luke warm and not cold, cold makes you feel like you are drowning.
