If you have been on the treatment for two weeks, you should be returning in another two weeks for your regular check-up and blood test for liver enzyme and cholesterol levels, since pharmacists will typically only dispense Accutane in one-month supplies.

10mg is a very low dose of Accutane; the recommended dosage for each person is determined based on body weight and severity of acne. Your dermatologist may be trying a more conservative treatment dosage to determine your initial reaction to the medication. You should definitely request an increase in dosage if there is no change in the next two weeks, but discuss this with your prescribing doctor. They tend to try to err on the side of caution, but you should be seeing results once you have completed a month of therapy.

Please follow the instruction and don't increase the dosage without doctor's advice. Accutane can give you quick results however it has many side effects compare to other natural products.

Read the below article about Accutane. If you want to find natural products, you can visit 10acne.com.

Good luck! :)
