Clear free fluids for 24 hrs is best. Drink little and often. Introduce toast or crackers initially on returning to food and if you keep this down, resume normal diet, but drink more fluid to return hydration balance.

Hope you feel fully recovered soon...

Just eat when you feel like eating again and you think you can keep the food down.

The following link will give you all the information you need to know.

Try stuff like soup and drink plenty of water

try a piece of dry toast should be ok but no butter on it also flat lemonade is good

Wait, isn't that the virus from Resident Evil and/or 28 Days Later?

ZOMBIE!!!!

Don't eat anything. You'll spread the disease by biting other humans.

Try drinking some fresh fruit juice or clear soup (chicken noodle is good) & if you can keep that down give food a go - just start slowly, but if you're feeling hungry your body is telling you its ready for food.

I had this horrible virus. The best advice I can give you is eat if you feel hungry and just have whatever you fancy (or feel capable of eating) - your body is the best judge. I lost nearly a stone (14 lbs) in a week and was pretty thin to start with. It has taken me 3 months to get my weight back up to near normal.
