keep drinking water, and buy some nice natural lip balm, i suggest burt's bees, or alba organics

I've the same problem. However, I'd suggest you not to peel them off yourself. Keep your lips moisturized. Apply vaseline (petrolium jelly) on your lips whenever you feel that your lips have gone dry. Also apply the vaseline to your lips when you go to bed at night. This'll help you feel your lips smoother the next morning and over a period of time they'll turn smooth. Vaseline (petrolium jelly) is better for lips than any other cosmetics.

* Try not to peel your lips off *

Like mentioned, Vaseline does wonders.

This is a common problem with people who have larger lips, especially if you live in a cold climate. I have had dry and peeling lips my whole life and still have not found any solution but chap stick. I put chap stick on whenever my lips feel even a tiny bit dry, and if I keep up on it, they don't peel. I have tried all kinds of chap sticks and the best for me is Chap stick original. If your lips are very, very dry and you just cannot stand it, put petroleum jelly on your lips, cover them with saran wrap and use a hair dryer to heat up the whole thing. The heat makes your lips absorb more of the oils.
