Question: all of my toes except for my big toe is itchy. Its an on and off thing. is it athlete's foot?

There's a good possibility it's athletes foot. It will also usually cause redness and cracking between the toes after a little while. It is a fungal infection and it LOVES warm damp places like feet in shoes. You can pick it up from a variety of places like showers or swimming pool decks or other people. Use an OTC spray to kill it, but be kind of careful because it can be spread to the nether regions as well, which is termed jock itch. Don't dry your naughty parts with the same towel after drying your feet with it and it is usually suggested to put on socks before underwear so it doesn't spread that way.
