Getting rid of a bruise?!

Question: I have a huge black-bluish bruise on the back of my leg. I am not sure how it got there. It does not hurt but it is very unsightly. What can I do to get rid of it?

you must have sensitive skiN & bumped it unknowingly. u need to get an ice pack full of ice and sit on there for about 15 min. a day until you see it start to heal. i know the ice pack is EXTREMELY cold but thats the way to do it =]

Put ice packs on it for 10 min. 3X/day until it goes away.
