Sure. If we all avoid any contact with another, and use artificial impregnation they will disappear. Also, we might have living without animals in quite sterile environment. Realistic? No, not too much. The problem is they spread not necessary by intercourse only. You can get some in public toilets, or by just using a towel... Herpes can be gotten just by kissing. and so on. In long term, most of these diseases might disappear in the rich side of the world. Or at least reduced to minimum. However, doubt there is a way to get rid them at all.
And there are quite many of them, too many to list.
