No because the water bottles hole is too large and it needs to go inside the anus to have effect. The enema tube is thin with a small hole so the water can goes in fast. The water bottle won't have enough pressure to go in correctly. Just make up a funny story like you have to buy it for your grandmother. Go to walgreens or CVS. they wont pay much attention.
