Question: ..and it gags me, makes me cough like mad, cant talk, nose plugs up and it makes me tear up, tears streaming down my face. Cant get to the doc, do you have any home remedies or over the counter help ? I have tried nose drops, cough syrup..etc ??? HALP

There aren't many remedies for this. You should try going to the doctor, get a complete evaluation and maybe a prescription. if money is an issue, there are free clinics...
Is this recent or have you had this for awhile? Could you possibly have whooping cough? Cold air will set it off, along with breathing in or laughing. This is how it started for me and I went was tested and it came back positive. Just because you were vaccinated as a child doesn't mean your still immune to it.
