Am I digesting my food properly?!
Question: I ate a cream filled donut today. Chewed it and everything.
I did not swallow it whole.
About 4 hours later I had a bowel movement and the cream donut came out perfectly like before I ate it!! The cream was still in it!!
This has never happened to me before. I feel fine, no abdominal pain, weight loss etc.
But it's scaring me!

Maybe the cream was made from something artificial that your body couldn't digest.
sorry to laugh but it helps to know I am not the only one this happens to......Same thing happend to me with Tylenol I took the other day.....when u find out lemme know;)
