listen, this is not a Q for YC, but for a consultant physician, perhaps even at a UNI deparment of medicine!
however, it needs clarification and that soon!
without examining you, I cannot give any safe advice, but
there may be something more sinister behind all this.
I would rule out depression, anxiety and panik-attacks!!

for starters diabetes (insipidus) and phaeochromacytoma
must be ruled out, your thyroids need checking too!

as I do not know your age and previous Hx I cannot
comment on further diff diagnoses- but there are a few.

extensive and in depth diagnostics are necessarry,
perhaps better performed in an in-patient setting!

all the best!

All of those symtoms can be a sign of excessive anxiety or stress

It can be a number of things...A lot of those symtoms are some of the signs of Diabetes...but it could be a lot of other things you are not going to know until you get the blood work back.

i think you have depression

Are you depressed or anxious?

What you can't see can hurt you. This may not be a solution to all your problems but your body is telling you something is wrong. Don't stop looking until you find it. Until then, please consider this:

"Common indoor plants may provide a valuable weapon in the fight against rising levels of indoor air pollution. Those plants in your office or home are not only decorative, but NASA scientists are finding them to be surprisingly useful in absorbing potentially harmful gases and cleaning the air inside modern buildings."

"NASA research has consistently shown that living, green and flowering plants can remove several toxic chemicals from the air in building interiors. You can use plants in your home or office to improve the quality of the air to make it a more pleasant place to live and work - where people feel better, perform better, any enjoy life more."

Sounds to me like you are having an anxiety attack. They are very scary but just remember you are not going to die no matter what your body thinks it's telling you. Try to relax and take deep breaths while telling yourself you are ok

Doctors are the best people to give a dioagnosis, because they have spent years training to diagnose - it's there job!

Your diagnosis is insomniac anxious depressive neurotic disorder.

This could be a whole range of illnesses. Possibly diabetes, but I'd say there is a high chance of a thyroid imbalance - headaches, being to hot, sweating, putting on weight, aching joints etc are all symptoms of underactive thyroid. Could also be a viral infection, maybe glandular fever, or some less easily diagnosed illnesses such as ME or chronic fatigue. Only your doctor can give you a proper diagnosis, and it may take a series of tests to find out for sure. Hope you feel better soon x

Have you been tested for diabetes?
