Sometimes when I'm brushing my hair, there are points on my head that when I!

Question: certain points on my arm start getting a sting.

Is it like a medical condition? or is that normal?

Answers: certain points on my arm start getting a sting.

Nope! This is a medical marvel called referred feeling/pain. This is when you touch one part of your part and by some miracle of the nervous system, another part of your body feels this sensation. This can manifest in a sharp sting, a tickling feeling, a dull throb, etc.

Everyone experiences this to some degree, there's a place on my arm where when touched I feel it in my lower left abdomen! Bizarre but it's a simple medical marvel.

The only thing to look out for, to make sure it is not a medical condition is actual pain in your head when brushing over or other symptoms that occur when the spot is touched. These symptoms include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fainting and headaches. This would indicate a possible problem but from what you are saying, it is unlikely!

That's normal, those are pressure points, and they do cause refereed pain sometimes. If they are really tender, massage the pressure point to relive the stress and it could stop the referring pain and relax you in the process.
