It happens to everyone. Its called "fight or flight" And its caused by your sympathetic nervous system. Thats why a lot of the time when you fight you dont really feel any pain, because adrenaline is released through your system. Then your parasympathetic system causes you to calm down.
Adrenaline
nervous?
This is definitely an adrenaline rush because of your nerves. Your body is getting ready...with fight or flight...and so it gives you enough energy to fight something off or run away from it. Since you aren't running your adrenaline is making you shake.
Adrenaline dump syndrome. You will also notice:
High heart rate
Rapid respirations
High Blood pressure
sweating
pale skin
dilated pupils
decreased urinary output
decreased digestive activities
increased responsiveness of skeletal muscles
increased metabloic use of glucose
All beside the point, fighting is definitely a health hazard and should be discouraged. try to find other ways to work out issues...
