Although they are videoing a photo, the body looks like a deformed human. But the head looks more like a dog.
This person also has a 'tail'.
It's easy enough for the human body to be born deformed enough to look like this. I have never seen bones of a face contort and form in the way these have.
The tail is real. It's really an extension of the spine that happens in a small number of births.
I think they may have got a deceased human and placed a dogs head on it. With the tail being on the body, they may have actually done this to represent an Indian God. Not out of malisciouness to the deceased.
There is a young boy with a 'tail' in India who is worshipped and adored by people who come from all over the country just to see him, because there is a God that looks like a monkey, that is human. The boy looks like the God so is not ridiculed like you think he would be.
