Why is my scrotum sac rough and itchy.?!

Question: Please don't laugh at me. This is serious. I'm actually extremely scared about this. My scrotum sac seems to be rough and itchy. It also hurts a lot. It looks kind of scaly or however you want to describe it. It hurts when I touch it and it kind of disrupts my day-day activities. It's all just rough and itchy and it hurts a lot. Please help me instead of laughing at me. I'm scared and nervous.

try rubbing soothing antiseptic lotion into it if you are in the uk i would recommend sudocrem you might be able to get that in the us for about 3 days if that doesn't help id suggest a dermatologist just in case

dont worry its probably nothing

might i suggest u GO SEE A DR...

Well it could just be an STD,but if you haven't had sex yet it is probably just dehydrated skin. The best way to treat this is to rub moisturizer on it, but you should probably see a Doctor if it doesn't get better.

It could be jock itch, yeast infection, psoriosis, herpes, or something else. Is the skin peeling? if so, is it "flaky" with cracks in the skin (maybe jock itch) or more like chunks of skin peeling and leaving a patch of raw skin undernieth (maybe psoriosis)? Does it itch furiously (jock itch)? Is it a lot like diaper rash (maybe yeast infection)Are there small blisters or ulcers (maybe herpes)? You should look these diseases up on google and compare your symptoms. If it gets serious, you should go see a doctor....but you know that.

You might have a rash or chafing if the scrotal sacs are constantly rubbing against something. Keep them moisturized and if the problem persists...go see a doctor. Hope this helps.
