I feel a cold coming on. What is the best way to keep it from fully developing i!

Question: A cold is usually viral in nature and self-limiting depending on the resistance of the person so you have to work up a way to strengthen your body's resistance. When I feel a cold coming on, I take vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg 2-3x/day, lots of water (if you can take 10 glasses or more/day) and slow down a bit - rest/sleep. No candies, chocolates, or other sweets while your body's system is going down. Take care.

vitamin c

1,000 mg of vitamin C 3 times a day. That will stop it.But a lot of people think they have a cold coming on,but it is Hayfever,I would suggest a hayfever medicine first.

Take mild antibiotic. cold is very good. person should get cold once in every 6 months. so that the nasal passages will get clean naturally

anti biotics will do nothing for a cold
sweat it out
got to the gym or sauna
that's what i do
when you go to bed put extra blankets on bed and wear sweats
mite not stop it but its wont hit as hard and lasts half as long

Take zinc keep warm and eat well.

Zinc has been proven to help your immune system and shorten the length of a cold.
