It is fine if you count the carbs and give yourself insulin for it. But if you don't know if you have diabetes and you eat that stuff it is bad very bad. So if your thinking you have diabetes stick to low or now carb stuff like.
Cheese
Meat
Eggs
Veggies except for potato's

yes

it is ok once in a while. u shouldnt eat it too much. Try to balance out your diet.
PS: what diabetes do you have?

It's bad in that it cuts into how many Calories you can have from much healthier foods. It's all about counting Calories from carbohydrates (which includes all sugars).

It's not good for anybody, including those who don't have diabetes.

I don't eat any of that stuff. Not only is it bad for you if you are diabetic, it is bad for everyone else too.

Yes, and if you are diabetic you should avoid all of the above. As a diabetic on insulin I can be a bit more flexible with what I eat, so I can have a pizza every so often, but that is a treat rather than a usual meal. Diabetics need complex carbs i.e. rice, wholemeal bread, pasta, potatoes (boiled) these break down and release the starch into sugar over a long period of time. Eating gummy bears, bagles and cookie dough is just asking for trouble - such as blindness, losing a limb you know bad stuff like that.

its bad but if you just had diabetes and you really don't know what to do. but if you had diabetes for a year or more you should check the back ad see how much sugar is added
