Does anyone know what to do with horrible allergies?!
Question: I am a teenage male with horrible allergies that last throughout the spring season. I use claritin over the counter dissolve tabs, along with eye drops. My symptoms are, extremely stuffy nose, red itchy eyes, and sneezing. Any suggestions for any of my problems?

Since it's seasonal (spring), you're probably allergic to pollen.
Some people say that a spoon of local honey helps inoculate against plant-related allergies. I won't vouch for it, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
Have you asked your parents about at least getting you some Benedryl- Unless you're allergic to that too? And if you can arrange it, see an allergist about what you can do to be less miserable.

I too had allergies not only in the spring but to animals etc. You name it! (Had to get shots as a kid until my parents couldn't afford it anymore)
I don't know if this will help you or not, but it helped me . www.symmetrydirectgenesis.com FWIW, their pages doesn't really talk about allergies, but that didn't stop it from helping me. It took some time to get into my system, so it's not a quick fix, but it can be a permanent fix if you stay on it, at least that has been my experience.
When your body gets what it needs, it can better handle the things life throws at us. Just my .02, hope it helps.
I'm the same way.... I'm allergic to oak trees. lol. I take NyQuil sinuous at night to sleep and during the day i also take claritin and something else. I have not had allergies for years but this year is the first year i got them again and they are bad. My eyes are all messed up because of them. You could try herbs. there was something i took about 7 years ago for allergies and you take 10 pills a day and your allergies disappear... well mine did till this year.
You could buy them things for a cold, the shower vapor thing. They work for congestion, steam may also help. Naphacon A works for itchy eyes ... but you can old use it for 3 or 4 days 4 times a day, cold rag or ice also helps itchy eyes. I have not found anything for sneezing, i sneeze all the time too. You could go the doctor and get the allergies shot or some kind of prescription. I'm about the go to the doctor for something for my eyes... to make them feel better because of allergies.
