It looks like you (like me) have the common harmless skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris.

Keratosis pilaris (KP) is a very common genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough bumps on the skin and hence colloquially referred to as "chicken skin" as well as "meat bumps". It most often appears on the back and outer sides of the upper arms (though the lower arms can also be affected), and can also occur on the thighs and tops of legs, flanks, buttocks or any body part except glabrous skin (like the palms or soles of feet). Less commonly, lesions appear on the face and may be mistaken for acne.
Worldwide, KP affects an estimated 40 to 50% of the adult population and approximately 50%-80% of all adolescents [1]. It is more common in women than in men

It is probably just a rash. You may want to get it checked out just in case.

I'm not saying it is, but that sounds like how AID's starts! What have you been doing?

It could just be severe dry skin. Does it itch? Lotion Lotion Lotion!!

Its a rash, either from the area being too moist or something you are allergic to.

Whether it is used by patients or doctors, the word "rash" does not have an exact meaning or refer to a specific disease or kind of disorder.

It's a general term that means an outbreak of bumps on the body that changes the way the skin looks and feels. Rashes can be localized to one area or else be widespread. The way people use this term, a rash can refer to many different skin conditions.

Common categories of rash are:

* scaly patches of skin not caused by infection
* scaly patches of skin produced by fungus or bacterial infection, and
* red, itchy bumps or patches all over the body
.
Although rashes are seldom dangerous, self-diagnosis is not usually a good idea. Proper evaluation of a skin rash requires a visit to a doctor or other healthcare professional. The following guidelines may help you decide what category your rash falls into.

It looks like the same thing I had til I found out I was allergic to Tide detergent. When it happened, I took some Benadryl and it went away in about 30-45 minutes. Then, I knew it was allergy related. I have a favorite soap that I had been using for quite some time with no reaction, so I knew it wasn't that, so I went to the doctor and he said to try changing my detergents, it worked! He also said, if I was trying a different type of lotion or anything that I rubbed on my skin might be affecting me. I changed my detergent and that took care of it. Hope this helps. : )

that looks like your pores are a bit swollen from shaving. do you shave those areas? if you do then that's probably it.
