There are lots of factors that can cause the blood sugar to go up or down. My sugar goes up when I am feeling under the weather, when it is that time of the month, and when the seasons change. Different medicines can make a difference as well. Being that it is not too high, I would just keep an eye on it until your cold goes away and see if your sugar goes back down. If it still does not go back down, I would check with your pharmacist next to make sure all the meds you are taking can be taken together. Make sure to tell them any over the counter meds you are taking as well. If that is ok, next step is your doctor. I am betting on the cold, but keep the other ideas open if that isn't it. Good luck and I hope your sugar goes down.

Lots of things can cause your blood sugar to creep up. I've seen it go up when an infection of some sort is brewing. How are you feeling, sick-wise?

Are you sure you are eating ok? If so you may need to adjust your meds. Talk to your doctor!!

when you are sick your blood sugar will go up. just watch what you eat and if, after you feel better, your sugars are the same, go see your doctor

I am not up on drug interactions, so the best place to take a question like this is a pharmacy or doctor.
