Constant urination and week stream?!

Question: no pain at all but have been having to urinate all day today. about 3 or 4 times in one hour. even after im done, i still feel like i have to go shortly after.

Even though there's no pain, it sounds like it's probably a UTI. Try drinking tons of cranberry juice. If it doesn't help within a day or two, see a doctor.
