It was originally believed that 10% of the population don't have the T-call receptors in their blood cells that would enable the HIV virus to take hold. Studies shown that this group was made up of mostly Caucasian people from Northern Europe.
However, in the past few years, there have been cases of HIV infection within the original people who took part in the studies and were believed to be HIV resistant at that time, thereby disproving this theory.
Also, there is no definitive test to prove 100% you are immune, so your doctor is not up to date with his info.
I don't think you have good information. HIV mutates regularly so which strain and which mutation are you immune to. And, then also, will you still be immune to the next mutation ?
What you are saying just doesn't make sense. I wouldn't put too much faith in the accuracy of the information you were given, no matter what the source.
Sounds legit, find someone infected to shoot you with a load of AIDS just to be sure though
