If someone does a coffee enema every day isn't it bad for them?!
Question: My boss does this I just learned and she is a micromanager who we suspect may be bipolar as well. Isn't this coffee enema on a daily basis a bad thing in general, messing with her 'balances' ?

The only harm I can see is that it will make it hard for her to have regular bowel movements when she is older. Also, like the lungs can develop emphysema, your colon later in life can get all stretched out from too many enemas. She should keep her enemas down to 2-3 times a month unless she needs them more frequently for some legitimate complaint.
Please tell me this question is a joke.
Coffee enemas in general are questionable. Any enema everyday will have long term effects. She needs to leave her body alone and let it take care of itself.
Just curious, how do you know she does this?
I remember that when Michael Landon had colon cancer, he had to do coffee enemas. So I guess there is something good about them. I know that coffee does help your bowels move when you drink it, but I have never done it as an enema.
