Disability is legally defined as "the inablility to perform
two or more necessary life functions".

Check with a DIS attorney for adequate info.

If you are on Disability do you have Medicare or Medicaid? One is state funded and the other is Federal. You need to call the office where you have insurance and ask them that question. your doctor's office should also know this and they would have to get prior approval before treatment starts.
