There are no known interactions with omeprazole and food or beverages. However, nicotine, caffeine and alcohol can stimulate stomach acid or delay ulcer healing. So listen to your physician's recommendations

Yes if you drink heavily, nothing bad should happen in small amounts. Don't drink orange juice, or undiluted spirits!

you will actually be negating the effects of omeprazole, thereby worsening your acidity.

Ideally, when taking medications for stomach acidity, ulcers, GERD, it is strongly recommended to avoid alcohol, coffee, citrus fruits or juices ( to name a few things), as these can irritate the stomach. Plus, the medication will not work to its full potential.
