Question: What is something good to eat for ur skin. My skin is dooooooo dry so bad that i am getting spots that are red and cracking on my hands and back and legs? Anything someone can tell me that might help I have been putting on lotion but it seems like it is still not helping?

Eucerin Cream (not the lotion, the stuff in the tub) is great for cracking skin. I use it overnight and it cures the cracks that fast. Careful though-- use only about 1/4 tsp just for your hands.
You can also call Rayne, Servisoft, or Culligan and have exchange tank soft-water service that's delivered to your house every (or every other) week and is attached to your outdoor plumbing where the main line goes into your house.
