I have acne problem for more than 7 years tried lots of treatments but no use?!
Question: majority of acne cases are due 2 constipation.go 2 the root of the problem.stop all creams,applns. etc.acne is caused due 2 stomach problems.eat healthy.lots of greens,fruits.avoid junk food.drink min.8 glasses of water. ur kidneys nid 2 get flushed.no non-veg. it'll get better in 3 weeks if u follow simple guidelines. get a little exercise.
