You can't. Use clean and clear or go to a derm.

aspirin has levels of salycylic acid, which is the active ingredient in many acne treatments. dissolve an aspirin in just enough hot water to make a paste and apply it to the pimple. However, this will not work nearly as well as a real treatment, so I would splurge for some clear and clear treatment if i were you.
