Runny nose all throughout spring break, how can i get rid of this?!
Question: I've taken every medication in the book from benedryl to allergy pills to cold and sinus pills....i have no idea what is exactly wrong with me, but all i know is that my nose will not stop dripping and i feel that if i blow my nose one more time, i'm going to pop an ear drum! I just need to get better asap, I have 2 midterms and 3 papers due tuesday and right i feel physically incapable. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Chances are that you have the common cold virus and you can only do things to make yourself more comfortable. It can last up to two weeks.Help yourself by not drinking any caffeine or alcohol but by drinking plenty of water, juice and herbal teas.you can also use a saline nasal solution and not a nasal spray for colds.No OTC meds.you will aggravate it.This may sound simple and old fashion but it helps.Eat some chicken soup it has properties that aid in mucus production.

NyQuil, is a really good medication, if you try it you wont forget any more, you can Find it walgreens... G.luck
