How air pollution effects our life?!

Question: Hey! I think this is something you can find out from a library - the effects of pollution on society that is. It irritates respiratory infections or people with allergies. It can contribute to cancer in the lungs, etc. (but only if you live in a heavily polluted area, such as near industrial zones with smoke puking out of smoke stacks all day and night). It can make people feel ill - headaches, lethargy (not getting enough oxygen - again only in heavily polluted areas), etc. It helps contribute to acid rain through a chemical reaction that occurs as rain is forming. It results in animals becoming extinct or losing their natural habitat, etc.

If you want more information you can find some reliable resources from your local library - especially if this is for a project. Or even better, you could call up a local medical clinic and ask to speak to an available doctor or book a time to talk to a doctor about the effects of pollution on people. Good luck!!!

it could make you sick

It would affect people's who has asthma, allergies, other health problems, animals(which we feed on), plants(we feed on)...etc.

My sister lives on the flight line, 2km from Heathrow Airport in London, England and both her kids have asthma. They periodically get attacks and their is a constant wheaze coming from both of them. When she brings them home to Ireland, with the clear air, the wheeze is gone in a matter of hours and they have never had an asthma episode whilest there. She plans to move as far away from industry while staying in London as soon as the house crises settles.

It is affects not effects...

It kills us slowly..
