Its OK..do you have any allergies? I get this sometimes too, and i get it from running. The sweat that builds up there can irritate your skin...it does mine!
Just wash the areas, with gentle organic soap, then put on some lotion...it will go away on its own. That's what i do!

it probably aids, dont worry about it too much

Candida albicans fungus (yeast) is a possibility. If you have been on antibiotics, that helps the yeast grow. Anti fungal ointment and/or yogurt (internally and externally) should help if it is this fungus.

uplaod the picture to photobucket.. then paste the URL

What about a change in environment and or situation? Stressful environment can result in rashes.

I had a weird rash once behind my knees and went to the ER and they said it was from a plant but they didn't know what. I would just recommend taking Benadryl to help dry it up, use hydrocortisone cream 1% and cornstarch when you want it to be dry.

As for the pictures, you need a digital camera. You take the picture with it and then you plug the camera to the cord (if you have an old computer, if it's new then you put the memory stick into the "removable disk F") then you download them onto your computer. As for the rash, it's probably exema. I get it all the time:P
