Is there a possibility that I have Growth Hormone Deficiency?!

Question: My mom is 5'5". My dad is 5'11". my 17 year old brother is 6'1". My 11 year old sister is 5'0". I am 14 years old and only 4'9.5" and started my period about 2.5-3 years ago. I have only grown about a half or 1 inch sense last year. Should I be taller than what I am now? Is there a possibility that I have a growth hormone deficiency?

It's horrible being the shortest in the family, my 12 year old daughter is now taller than me.

At your age though, your body is growing in other ways so it may not be obvious that you are still growing. Try not to worry too much & look on the bright side...when you're older and still get into the 'kids' range you'll save a fortune on clothes.
