Yes, and yes. But only if you were having unprotected sex again. Chlamydia can be passed back and forth between you and your partner. It is highly recommended that you refrain from sex for at least seven days. Again, if this is just not possible, then always use protection and, for the most part, you should be okay. Only if you showed symptoms again, should you take another dosage but NOT without first seeking the advice of your doctor.

I am pretty sure you arent supposed to have sex while you are being treated, after you get treated again, go back to the doctor after the treatment is finished and get tested to make sure it worked. Not everyones is cured the very first time from antibiotics, sometimes it requires more than one dose.
