if it is a habit you have got into them try chewing gum or sucking or chewing on a straw, also just by cutting down gradualy hepls alot. if you want a visual ad to help you get a clear jar and put any money you save from not smoking in there. i know some one who did that and saved enough money to by a bran new tv. Belive me you will fell better for not smoking !

I haven't but I know people who have. Get some Nicorette gum, or try the patch. First start off by cutting down on the amount of cigarettes smoked each day, and slowly decrease to none. Remember that it will be difficult, and you may occasionally slip up. But just because you slip up does not mean you should give up entirely. Also maybe try to quit with a friend.

3 months so far for me after 20 years of about 10 smokes a day, if you want to quit bad enough you will quit. No gum, patches etc are needed as after the first couple of weeks it is all mental addiction. Actually carrots, nuts, celery etc helped me, instead of a smoke have a raw carrot, stick of celery or some nuts.
