Odd bumps...?!

Question: I get these odd slightly itchy bumps something,they are kinda oval,They appear outta nowhere and are white and the skin around them is pink,today i got one on my hand,and then i got one on my arm,and yesterday i got a large one on my leg.They don't look like hives much.Any idea what they are?

i get the same things too, usualy its someone on my face, or on my kneck.
i'm going to see an allergist.. thats what my doctor said to do
