What is the likelihood that my skin will return to normal after losing weight?!

Question: So far lost 50 lbs. I am just starting to get down to losing 60 lbs I use to weight 230. During my weight lost I lost a lot of muscle but mostly fat and now I weigh 177. I'm hoping that my skin returns to normal, but currently (with a decent amount of fat) my skin looks really flabby and disgusting. I started lifting to aid my arms and so far my arms have become a lot better. My question is what is the likelihood that if I lost down to around 160-165 that my skin will return to normal, and I have the belly butt thing going and its nasty as well will that go away. I weigh currently 177 with a height of 5' 9".

It depends on a few things, one, your age. The younger you are, the more elastic your skin is, and more likely to reshape itself. If you are older, it will take a lot of work, but do firming excercises, like crunches, and like you are doing, lifting weights. by the way, good job on the weight loss. I did that 5 years ago, but didn't keep it off due to getting pregnant as soon as I did. At 19, my body adjusted well to the weight loss, though. good luck with your goals, and don't let the skin thing deter you from your goals. If nothing else, you will be much healthier.
