Answers: 120/72 or there about. You need to exercise, get your heart rate up.

Anything higher than 120/80 is in the "elevated" or high range and should be investigated.

I work on a heart floor at my hospital and a normal blood pressure is anything from 100/50 to 150/80
anything lower or higher should be reported to your doctor. a normal pulse ranges from 50 to 100

** Your top number is a little low are you on blood pressure meds. if so you may need to ask the doc about not taking a dose or if you take it more than one dose cutting down to just one a day

Your blood pressure is fine as long as you aren't having symtpoms of low blood pressure such as getting dizzy when you stand up, feeling like you are abou to pass out etc.

Stephanie-Blood pressure as high as 150 is fine for a few days in the hospital but long-term that will lead to increased risk for heart, stroke, and kidney disease risk.

Great than 140/90 (long-term) is too high for anyone.

If you have diabetes, kidney, or heart disease (as well as other conditions) less than 130/80 is the goal.
