A friend of mine has mild acne on her face and back. she also has acne sacrring !

A friend told me today she got divinely inspired to tell her friend how to get rid of her acne and it WORKED.
She was instructed to get ocean water, put it in a spray bottle and spray it on her face... It worked. Something in ocean water gets rid of acne. Try it there nothing to loose and if your near the ocean it works.

most over the counter medicines will only make it worse
go get a facial, and ask your dermatologist for a good scrub.

Use baking soda with a little bit of water so its a paste form, and just scrub the acne with it and then wash it off. As for the scarring, I don't know.

how about cleaning your face regularly and not touching your face with oily hands. use a damn acne treatment to get rid of it, its simple as that, you didnt need to ask on yahoo answers about it.
"she" should drink serious amounts of water. it clears your skin better than any acne medication ever will.............8 glasses per day!
Tell your friend to go to the pharmacy and ask to speak to the pharmacist. Pharmacist are even better trained in medicine than doctors. The pharmacist can recommend the best over the counter acne medication available or she can see her doctor and ask for a prescription.
if she is on the pill perhaps get her to speak to her doctor about taking dianette.
unfotunately there isnt much you can do with acne, there is a very strong tablet called oxytetracyclin (not sure of the spelling) but the doctor would have to prescribe it, it drys the skin and prevents oil coming out the pours and reduces spots.
alternatively she will have to use coverup makeup

My brother found that proactive worked best for his mild acne. But your friend will need an extra moisturiser (Boscia has a nice light one with spf). And be sure to tell your friend, as tempting as it is, that if she has any left over pimples the day of, DON'T pop them. That will only make them cake up with foundation. Unpopped pimples are easier to cover with liquid (followed by powder) foundation.
