Try cortaid or cortizon cream or ointment, see if the help. Also pay attention to what lotions you use. Those areas may not need to be moisturized.
get a ball and work out on the walls and also do platies to it strenght every thing including your upper arms and thighs ,
oh i have that its not bad at all i forgot what its called but i dont think you can totally get rid of it
they may be zits but i have that to and there nnot zits
