Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products; cut back on fat. Limit alcohol to two drinks a day for men and one drink a day for women. All forms of tobacco dramatically raise blood pressure.

It kind of sucks that I distribute this product because it's probably considered spam when I recommend it!
But I know it works, so I don't care WHO you get it from, all I can tell you is that my family and customers have had great reults.
Good luck!

Well to get it lower you want to get your HDL level up and lower the LDL "bad stuff" try to move to low fat foods, low sodium.. try more fruits and veggies instead of a payday bar... make wise choices ..high blood pressure is something not to mess with...
last thing you want is a beta blocker or a statin to regulate your blood pressure.. when that time comes you know problems are around the corner...
