Kidney stones?!
Question: I had to go to the ER last night and they told me I have 2 kidney stones. I didn't know it was possible to have 2 trying to pass at one time. Has anyone went thru this and how long does it take to pass them.

i had one in my right ureter. it was extremely painful. my urologist put in a stent (through my urethra, into my bladder then up my ureter) to help it pass then 7 days later they did a lithotripsy (shockwave to breakup stones) then removed the stent. it took about 3 more days before i was able to pass them all. good luck with them.
