Answers: I never done sex before and i know that hazards of getting hiv and std

a condom is better than nothing, but the failure rate is about 12%.
there could be sores or warts on skin not covered by the condom, so herpes, HPV, and syphilis can be easily transmitted that way. also, the latex of an improperly stored or expired condom can be too deteriorated to protect, it could have microscopic holes and is more likely to break. or there could simply not be enough lubricant (natural or therwise) which will also make it likely that the condom could break.

Your best option is not to have sex at all. There are so many diseases out there ad a condom is not guaranteed to protect against any of them. The best advice I can give to you is til wait marriage the pleasure is not worth the risk!!

No contraception is ever 100% safe. Condoms can easily break..

99%. But a condom used with the foam is 100%

There are some STVs that condoms cannot protect you against. I won't talk you to death - or write you to death, whatever. You can still contract Hepatitis B, Genital Warts, and Chlamidya if a chancre sore is present.

Be careful and be sure to have your partner to go get tested and have the results in black and white. Sex can be a hassle, are you sure you're ready for this???

benefit risk issue by using condom control up to 100 % of std and 99% to control pregnancy

Abstinence is the key. You never know. There are too many people out there that make the excuse of saying "My condom broke". Ok, yea, but what were you doing having sex with someone you don't know enough about to share such a bond with. When that condom breaks, that one drop of semen can allow you to get an STD or who knows what you might get that you didn't want in the first place. So, I'd wanna be safe than to be sorry.

Iv never heard of anyone catching Hep B or warts while using a condom....use them all the time even with oral.....they dont break easly....they might if u get them hot...do dont leave them in ur pocket or car......take care of them and they will take care of u

they are 90% effective if used properly
