Question: One of my friends seems to have Arrhythmia (Irregular Heartbeat) . i havnt heard much from him but I know he has to to go to a cardiologist. His heart beat goes like this : little beat, little beat, little beat, BIG BEAT . Does anyone know what kind of Arrhythmia this is

Can't tell from that. We would need to see the EKG. The cardiologist will know. However, if it is only every 4th beat, he will be OK until he sees the Dr.

An arrhythmia must be diagnosed with an EKG, read by a cardiologist. You can't tell what kind of rhythm is present by listening to it.
