Blackheads--keep your skin very clean, & don't try to pick at them, or pop them out. You can cause yourself some serious harm that way. if you are concerned, see a dermatologist for his advice...
They're probably blackheads....clogged pores, in other words. Wash your face at least twice daily using a cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide. Also try exfoliating with a gentle exfoliating lotion or soap once weekly. This usually clears them up in a short time, and keeps them from returning.
Biore makes strips kind of like tape that you put on your nose after you wash it, leave it on for about 10 minutes and then gently remove. A lot of the gunk clogging your pores will be lifted out.
