How do I unpop a blocked ear?!

You need to be really careful.
This happened to me on a aeroplane. I went to the doctors in the end and I had damaged my eardrum. So glad I didn't use any lotionso or potions in my ear to unblock it. The fac tyou siad it hurt like hell worries me and is what makes me think that you have damaged the drum. Don't get water in it either. It may heal up by itself but I would go to the GP. I am better now so it can be repaired.

you probably have some wax that has expanded inside your eustacian tube. you can use those ear wax oil drops to melt the wax in yoru ears (and then it just kinda drips out), which you can get a walgreens or krogers, or you could go to the doctor and they can waterpik/syringe it out with warm water.

Pour a few drops of warm olive oil in your ear twice a day to loosen up the wax.

Get someone to slap the other side of your head with a really big book!
Find a little Colubus Monkey, put him on your head next to your and ear and believe me he'll know what to do next.
