check out your health food shop they always sell things for srtronger nails, healthier hair and skin... im not saying they work or not just saying they are there..
vitamin c tablets. it improves your immune system and clean your blood and makes your teeth bones hair and skin healthy.
yup, if you go a dermatologist (skin specialist) not a gp, you could probably be prescribed with roaccutane...which really really works. You take one/two tablet per day for about 6 months and then afterwards your skin continues to be clearer.
I cannot recommend it enough.
B complex and zinc supplement should help lots.
Drink lots of water too.
Save your money instead of buying tablets buy all fresh foods instead.Plenty of fresh water and eat everything fresh and you will see a big improvement in your skin and your health.
