Freckles or something?!

Question: I have recently noticed an increase in the number of little freckles / beauty marks on my arms and what not. I'm fair skinned and skin cancers run in my family so I'm very careful about sun exposure. Could all of these little spots be a sign of something bad or am i just paranoid?

this is nothing bad, just because you have fair skin. I have it too, you get more as you get older. Still, due to the information about skin cancer, go to doctor if gets worse
