Not really. I assume by skin cancer, you refer to moles that have been removed and determined to be cancerous. That's not all that unusual in older folks who had a lot of sun exposure in younger days before we had sunscreen. Prostate cancer is pretty common in the older gents as well, most of whom won't ever even be officially diagnosed because they are afraid to find out. Fortunately it is such a slow grower as a rule, most men will actually die of something else entirely. Both conditions are so common in the elderly gentlemen that it's not really suggestive of suceptibility to any other problems.
