I have Crohn's disease, which is made worse by : All Dairy, Wheat, Gluten, Meat*.
*Yes you really can be allergic to meat, you stomach cannot handle it, like mine.

Wow! I'm so sorry to hear that!
I suffer many food allergies, too many to list. Among them, most fruits and vegetables, beef, pork, peanuts...the list goes on and on. While I don't have crohn's, I still feel for you, food allergies can make life difficult enough without the added issues!
Fortunately, I haven't found any that I'm allergic to yet. I'm sorry to hear that you have Crohn's disease. I couldn't live without dairy.

I'm allergic to tree nuts, soy, kiwi, some seafood like shrimp crab lobster & clams.
I'm also becoming lactose intolerant which is terrible because I love dairy products :[
I have a severe nut allergy and most processed foods like cookies and ice cream contain nuts, along with a lot of restaurants that cook with nut and nut oils, so i know what you are going through.
