Head cold gone to chest what is this ?!

Question: Starts off as a headache and even dizzyness for me, sore throt , bad nassle congestion, drippy nose, green snot, over 4 days now and Its moving down my throt causing some painfull coughing, I could hardly talk this morning .
I had this same cold about 2 months ago , is it possible that is a virus I keep catching , or a bacteria just lingering around ?

It could be a virus or it could be bacterial. You would have to go to a health practitioner to find out for sure as there is no way to tell over the internet,
